To filter the student list:

  1. Log into your School Community Platform

  2. Select Users in the right hand menu

  3. Select Students

  4. Click the funnel icon in the top right of the screen

  5. Select the required filter option from the first drop down box

  6. Select the criteria from the second drop down box

  7. Click ADD FILTER if an additional filter is required

  8. Repeat steps 5 - 7 until all required filters are added

  9. Click APPLY * FILTERS to filter the list

What can I filter on?

You can filter on:

  • Has A Device

  • Has A Parental Override

  • Parent Status

  • Student Status

  • Year Group

Can I export the filtered list?

No, you can only export the full list of students.

Can I save the filter?

No, however the most common filters are available through your school dashboard.
